The intend of the bullets within are to inspire and help active duty, guard and reserve Air Force supervisors (Civilian, Enlisted & Officers) build better bullets.  The success of this site and quality of the bullets depends directly upon those that use and contribute to it.  In order to contribute to the site you need to register.  Once registered, login and you will have the opportunity to contribute, rate and comment on EPR, OPR, and/or Award Bullets.

Recently a couple of new bullet categories have been added; "Time Savings", "Cost Savings" and "Future Duty / Assignments".  Along with the "2P" Career Field and a new award type, "Unit".
